Restorative Circles – learning from our conflicts and making systems to take care of each other

A workshop by Di Ponti & Maria Nørholm Ramouk

Conflicts are part of life. Sometimes they can be very painful and split our communities, other times we try to learn from them and tackle them restoratively instead of punitively. Restorative Circles is a paradigm which proposes a way to accompany and support those in conflict in a conscious, restorative way by listening, acknowledging and organizing. Our experience ranges from different political/activist settings in Copenhagen, from Christiania to Unions. In the two hours workshop we wish to introduce the restorative paradigm where we will work in groups to practice listening and have plenary discussions about resources and experiences.

The workshop will be held in English and if needed Danish and it will take place during friday the 29th or saturday the 30th of November. Follow our updates for the proper schedule coming soon!
